HP Deskjet 3050 Wireless All-In-One Printer

Black Friday I got a HP - Deskjet 3050 Wireless All-In-One Printer for $25
from Bestbuy, don't know when it'll get here.

Helen spent that much on an ink cartridge for the old one. I wanted to use
the scanner to send in scans of checks for deposit but couldn't get the old
one to work. It did say "Out of Ink" before, now it says out of paper. It
was out and I've been thinking. I believe the scanner is disabled until the
HP gets ink and paper. It may work now if I'd put paper in first, didn't
think of it before since I just wanted to scan.

The forum didn't let me post this Friday, I'll see if it's fixed now.

Sounds like a good deal! Yeah, it's almost cheaper to buy a new printer every time the ink runs out
Bought us a Canon MG5200(?) wireless printer for Christmas..It's wrapped in there so I can't remember the exact model. 59 bucks at Walmart. Did some research and it looked like a good deal for the money.

Best Buy Sucks!! - I told Donald, he thinks it's the only place to buy.

Update: The emailed and offered me a replacement since the other was no
longer available and I called and accepted, got it in Helen's name and called
her and she can pick it up in Lady Lake on her way home. Very good.
It's not at the link they sent anymore but I checked it about an hour ago.
The girl said it was priced at $99 but I could have it for the same $25 so
I took it. It did say $89 when I did see it but it said originally $99 so it's
the same thing with a scanner. Finally. I reckon I'll see it when Helen gets
home.

Finally got around to hooking it up and running it. Real crappy software from HP,
I turned all three things they put on there off at start so it's not running unless
I try to use it, then it'll fire up. It's in the guest bedroom with no wires, just
access it wirelessly. Print quality looks fine so far.
