Renter Purge Attempt

Trying for an empty building.

The first of the month came and the Mexican that's in there didn't send money and the new guy who wanted it didn't send money.
No money again.

Emailed the new guy and told him no deal, no use to call, I'd made
up my mind.  Called anyway and tried to tald through it but I souldn't
have any of it.  He's gone before he moved in.

I told the Mexican to get out the 12th of June and he told me that
it said he had 30 days to move according to the "Tennessee Rental Agreement".  Told him he didn't have a "Tennessee Rental Agreement".
I guess I'll have to call him again to see if he's moving out.
Might call the constable up there, Willie Mathis is sharing the
position for our district.  I believe he called a few years ago but
can't remember me from my youth, he was a lot younger.
I can probably hire him to go tell the Mexican I want him out.
If I have to do that I think it's feasible.

Oh well, not sure I want another church or ministry in there.
Lots of bull hockey and they don't pay well.  Just want the building
and ignore when the rents due, just pay whenever they want to.

If I'm not getting any money anyway I'm not worried about it
sitting empty for a while.

Well, that sux. Yeah, leave her empty awhile and maybe a good tenant will come along. Damn hassle for sure   

Talked to Javier this morning, he said the building had been empty
for a week.  He said he tried to call the guy that's supposed to take
over but he never answered.

I told him I'd already run that guy off for not paying right.

Ought to head up that way, I could count it off on the income tax.
Looked in the classifieds up there and the cheapest available rent
was a warehouse for $.50 a month per square foot.  I know it's
over 3,000 square feet for that building.  Ought to do better than
I was.

Yeah, you've been at $500 a month for years. You can't get a 1 bedroom apt for that. You and Ma come on up. You can stop in here for a night (or as long as you like!)
