Building August 5, 2014

I reckon we have a new renter for the buildinng.  It's Jim and he knows about everyone up there.  He hasn't paid any rent yet, said he needs time to get it usable.

He got the key from Javier and took the local constable with him the first time he went there.  It wasn't Willie Mathis, what I'd seen online was evidently old.  Our constable for Central now is Scott Whaley.
Pretty sure you remember him.

Jim's going to put in a convenience store and call it
"Lil Market".

Good deal. There's not a "lil market" anywhere around there anymore. It might do well.

Building looks a little rough but it's what... 40+ years old?

I figured Scott was somewhere around there still although I haven't seen him in decades.

Building does look a little rough but remember he's trying to only show the problem areas.

The name of his eating place at Pierce's store is "Lil Kitchen" and I couldn't remember it when we talked. Jim's daughter said "Why don't we call it "Lil Market" so he's going to. I guess it's unique.
