So I remember and you can find out, the formula is: Take the amount in your IRA(s) at the end of the year before, December 31 and divide by the number after your age in the chart below.
for instance at the age of 70 the number is 27.4 So for example if your balance at the end of the year is $100,000 the divide by 27.4 = $3649.64

Hmmm. $3649 a year on 100k. Figured you might have to take more than that.
