I couldn't swear this is it, this could change back I guess.
But here's what it will first look like whether now or later.

Inverse Bond Rates Rates170724

Notice the 3 month rate higher than the 6 month rate.
I remember making 5 % on a money market account.
Sure could use more interest on our cash.

Yep, hard to be conservative and make any money. I did buy a few conservative ETF's recently.. PFF (Preferred fund ) and AOK. Both have fairly tight trading ranges.. PFF pays 5.57 yield and AOK pays around 2.75. Sitting on the sidelines with about 15% cash as well.

I once had a preffered stock closed end mutual fund but finally got
rid of it.  Preferred stocks were issued by old big companies that
got it bad financial shape and offered preferred stocks that payed
more than the regular shares to get more money.

I don't know of any company with preferred shares that I'd like to
own but Jimmy Rogers said that if you're going to buy into a
company always look first to see it if has preferred stocks and if so
to buy the preferred shares if it does.

I'm just holding cash right now and not investing any more unless
there's a pullback.  Honey's got 5 years of RMDs in cash.
Good time to be careful.
