quit dipping

61 hrs dip free as of right now. Haven't killed anyone yet but the day is young

132 hrs now without a dip.. Getting a little easier every day but I can tell when the nic patch needs to be changed without looking at the clock! Really be tested this coming week as I head to the beach for my golf trip today (in the next hr!) No call Sunday but will catch back up next week. You have my blackberry number and Siemens email if you need anything.

This will be 6 days then I guess. Have fun.

I got some better but couldn't quit coughing until 12 days after my last Pall Mall.

Back from the beach late last night. Could have stayed one more night but was ready to leave. Love the beach but there's no place like home!

Still dip free.. 12 days roughly.. Doesn't seem as hard this time as it did a few years ago. Cutting the Step 1 nicotine patches in half now instead of buying Step 2. Should be done with them in a few days and I think that will be good enuff.
