I may have mentioned it before, if I did then I'm telling I did it again.
I've been using Malwarebytes 'cause it sits there quietly but it doesn't get
tracking cookies so I downloaded and ran the SuperAntispyware Portable.

It found a Sun\Java downloader that Malwarebytes has found a few times.
I probably am getting it back from somewhere. SAS and Mb both said it
was a trojan. Plus tracking cookies:

It doesn't have an option to update but it was updated yesterday. I guess
just get a fresh one every once in a while.

Copied it to a USB stick and ran it on Honey's netbook today. 298 Tracing Cookies
and 1 Trojan. Not the same one I had. It had Malwarebytes installed same as
mine. Maybe it's not living up to what it's rated high at. I just use it 'cauee
it sets there quietly until whenever you want to run it. Rated right up there
with SuperAntispyware but doesn't get tracking cookies.

Some wonman Honey knows at work has one of the fake antivirus things,
it is a virus itself. Probably one of those that claim to be an antivirus than has
found a virus on your machine and says it can get it off for you if you buy the
full version. It's a lie of course. Anyway I'm offering to burn it to a CD for her
to try if she wants it. The fake antivirus won't let that run or any you have
installed so you have to press, probably F8 repeatedly when it's first starts to
boot up to get the option to boot to safe mode. Then run SAS from the CD.

Might be beyond her, even if I tried to talk her through it on the phone.
Don't know.
