Yeah,I'll send this to the IT group to see what they say. I entered my work email to get a program code but apparently my company has signed on.

I did notice that a link "Learn how HUP works" video was dead on this link.

Found this..Alittle outdated maybe but I bet there are similar rules for 2013. Our company still sends out 2003 with new computers. I bet we don't qualify for this..

I'm sure a big customer like your company can get it and I'm
pretty sure Microsoft is pushing Office 2013 so it's very likely
that you can get it.

I can go back to the other forum and ask Rioter from the UK if
his company had Office 2013 but I'm sure they don't. I don't
think any company has it yet so your info probably was outdated.
