Rick's email

Didn't see either of you on the email string so I thought I'd post Rick's story..

As many of you know, I have had a triple by-pass
open-heart at the Leesburg, Fl. Regional Medical Center, (LRMC) on July
16. All seemed to go well and I was sent to their Rehab center and was
discharged yesterday, August 1. Needless to say, I feel a lot better at
home and more or less on my own.

I go to one of 2 cardiologists on Friday next week
and another on the following Tuesday, one more a week later. As you can
see, they are keeping an eye on me. I am one of those that never knew I
was in trouble, except for a spell about a month and 1/2 ago where I almost
passed out and things started getting dark. I thought I may have had a
heat stroke. You know how this Florida heat can get in the summer.

Mary Jo had me go to get a Stress test and that is
where they found I had a problem. One vessel was more than 95% blocked, so
I am glad they found it before it found me.

All seems better now but, I guess I am not out of
the woods yet. They are still a bit concerned about a few things and will keep
an eye on me for a week or two yet.

This is not to make anyone overly concerned but,
rather a way to let all of you know about me and that all is well. I'll be
back on my feet in no time and plan on resuming all the things I did
earlier.

Please pass this on to those who may not have
e-mail. Thank you for the many prayers and thoughts cards and etc. while I
was out of commission for a bit.

Thanks Rock, I've been off his e-mail list about a year, I don't know why for sure. Maybe because I'd fix some of his terrible forwards and send it back to him corrected.

It does tell us one thing we didn't know, that he went to "their rehab".
I'd say Diane and Curly probably didn't get one either but I don't know if they want one. It said to pass it on so I'll just send Curly and Diane a link to here where you've already written it.

Granny, I emailed Rick a few days ago and gave him your email address. I haven't got any emails from him since. He may not be feeling well again or forgot he had me in his contacts and deleted me from his list like he did Thump?! Nothing like a family related paper and garbage can dispute to sever ties! heheeh

2) Sleeping on the couch long after his 30 days were up

3) He was in the hospital when Jo made all her telephone calling

Lynn & Diane, I did not tell jo about these emails as she has had enough on her platelately. I am unsure after re-reading yours, the part of your message that alludes to theidea that I am leaving Mary Jo when i get better. I am sure this is not something i havesaid to your or anyone else, as the thought never even crosses my mind. I fully back Mary Jo about your problems with the horses and was there beside her whenshe confirned that IT WAS NOT HER. I am positive of that and that she didn't call anyoneabout them.I know she spent quite a lot of time to get to the bottom of this and gaave you the name\and # of the person that would verify she did not call. I don't undersstand your reason fornot calling them, or maybe you did and are too proud to admit you made a mistake.I further feel that as long as this goes on, and that if you are not going to change yourattitudes toward her, the I am on her side and I too will refrain and not talk to you folkseither.Mary Jo and I ARE A COUPLEAND AS SUCH, NEITHER OF US HAVE ANY PLANSTO ABONDON EACH OTHER.I do not plan to come to your place anymore or to talk with either of you.We'll stay on our side and you stay on your side. Diane and I thought, since we are familiar with his writings, that it looks more like Jo wrote it than him.
Ma either didn't hear us or it went over her head, I didn't hear her express and opinion but she hasn't ever read his e-mail.

I'm afraid I don't enough about it to comment. I did send Rick an email wishing him the best in re to his health problems but his email didn't accept it.
