I believe I mentioned to you some time or other that among
other things I've lost my circadian rhythm.
No problem, getting plenty of sleep and I don't have any
appointments to worry about. Got sleepy last night early and
went to bed early, got up before 3:00 AM. Just got back up
a few minutes ago after a good nap and will have another or
two before I got back to bed for the longest one.
Really nice time when your mother is still asleep, no TV and it's
just quite and peaceful. Get to think a while without disruption.
