I really did like the ease of use and the short list of things Vista4Experts could do.

But now there's a new Ultimate Tweaker a few newsletters have compared to
XP's TweakUI. Most of the available options are pretty useless but there's a few
really good ones besides just turning off UAC. It's less than 400k and doesn't
need to be installed.

A few interesting tweaks:
Enable support for 4 GB or more RAM (or more)

Show "Copy To Folder..."
Show "Move To Folder..."

Some additional tweaks

Remove "-Shortcut" suffix for new shortcuts
Remove arrows from Shortcut Icons

For IE:
Always show menu bar
Move menu bar above navigation bar
