Quick Startup 2.3

This is one of the applications that I'm thinking about trying,
it looks a lot easier than doing it yourself by
1. XP - Click Start and then Run and type "services.msc" and
go through them one at a time
2. Vista - Click Start and type services.msc and go through
them.

As you're probably well aware, lots of Windows applications take the opportunity to load themselves when you start your PC, whether you want them to or not. Quick Startup shows you all those programs gumming up the works, then allows you to disable the ones you don't really need to launch at startup.
