Well, I guess that's Buddy, got a new email since pakabud and got a new Wireless Blackberry.

Yep, looks like Buddy has gone hi tech! Of all my 21st century gadgets, my company supplied Blackberry is one of my favorites for communication.

I saw something Mom posted yesterday that remimded me I was waiting to
hear confirmation that phumphreys was Buddy and forgot. I went back and
found the email he sent and replied to it and he sent this back:

Well shit. I sent a reply back to Bud at the address, feel real stupid about
it now. That was Pat's email address I guess. I got this back this morning:

I don't know why Pat didn't even occur to me, just thinking of kin I guess.It looks like snail mail would be a lot quicker to contact her.

I think that is the only email they use now. It goes to Pat and I reacon she tells him. I don't think he spends much time on the internet.
I took my printer to a computer repair place yesterday, and they asked $75 dollars to open it and get the clogged up paper out. I said "Shit, a new one doesn't cost that much".
Since I was going to throw it away, I thought I would try beating it open with a hammer. Lord, that is really tough stuff. I couldn't make a dent.

Hee, well, you were right of course about not paying since they practically give the
little junk things away hoping to sell ink. It's good to see you didn't get suckered
into it like you have with computers.

That's not the best approach to try and fix it yourself though. You could
have made it impossible to repair by doing that now but it should have had
some little screws somewhere holding it together. You might not could have
gotten it back together after you cleared it but you sure can't put pieces
back together. Maybe if someone stronger comes by you could get them to
unjam it without either of those options?

Crazy Curly (salesmen are the biggest suckers) bought a newer fancy printer,
I believe for just over that amount and chose a wireless one he said he and
Diane can share. He don't know how though and he's just got it hooked up like
he had the old one and Diane is using his old one.
