| Yeah, expecially when it's on sale. I got the rebate back yesterday for $30 on the deal where I bought two matching sticks of 1024 MB each for a total of 2048 MB for $49.99 which was advertised as $19.99 after rebate. I had to pay taxes on the $49.99 though. I was looking at these for the Acer and would get 2X1024 instead if I could find it cheaper again.

| Well, that's cheaper I than I tought for a KVM switch. We use one with our systems but includes 4 different computers. That one looks like it would work fine. Good luck with it! | |

| Thanks, I see it just has two places to turn the knob to so I should be able to work that one. I did check around and there's some more inexpensive ones and there'ssome expensive ones as well. I don't know what the difference is, maybe it's added security which I don't need. I do kind of regret not getting one of the last new XP machines available but I can install XP on this Dell real easy and Dell has the drivers for XP for this machine online so not really a problem. June's the last month to buy a new computer with XP and today's the last day to get them from Dell. Except they are going to let you buy Vista Business or Vista Ultimate and downgrade it to XP for you. That sucks though. I should be able to run XP as long as the hardware will still support it. I've got the old Dell with XP hooked up and running so I'm not out right now.
I think I'll pass on the $300 e-machine but even if I got it I'd still get this KVM switch or one of the other inexpensive ones they have.

| Belkin 7-Foot Cat6 Ethernet Cable $4.97 I need two of these to hook up my switch so I can hook up both computers at the same time. They're on the bench and I have one 25' cable running around the room to over there. I've been changing it back and forth between the new Acer and the old Dell with the magicjack. That's going to be a bigger order than I thought and none of it's really too high like some of the stuff they have. | |

| Yeah, things I need. I noticed that to but it said four port so I'm with you on the guessing. The USB that hooks to the computer comes out of the corner so I guess it has a port on each side. That way it can be small without crowding the connections together. It's going to look like a big ugly octopus though when everything's hooked up. I don't care, I'll put it behind something.
When I get ready to go ahead and order I'll just come here and click them one at a time and then "Add to Cart". Easier than trying to hunt down each one on the site and add them.

| Skipped the wireless adaptor and still after about $11 shipping and about $4 tax it was just under $60. Oh well.
