I'd be happy to help by putting his wares online.
It seems like there's a pretty formidable barrier on his part though.
He'd have to learn to use a computer and type a little. Get an email
account and a paypal acount and his own button code to add to a
page. If he doesn't get encripted code one would be enough and I
could change it to any other item.
I'm not sure it would be worth the effort for him, don't know if he'd sell
anything online or not but it'd be nice to have his stuff online so people
could see it in case they were thinking about something but wanted to
see a picture first.
He wouldn't have to get a domain if he was happy with
www.thumpnet.com/Dannyor whatever. Domains don't really bring anyone in just because you have
one. He can get on for about $10 from namecheap if he wanted to and
Microsoft gives one free for one year to anyone who applys as a small business.
It's about $15 a year after that if you keep it. They also give you a whole lot
of free web space for his site if he wanted it. No charge but he'd have to get
a Windows Live or Hotmail account.
If he's not inclined and is pretty happy with the way things are now, maybe
we shouldn't even encourage him to take it on. No guarantee of success.
