Can't be any worse than that HP Home Server I worked on for two months
and set aside.

iomega 34763 1TB Home Media Network Hard Drive, Cloud Edition $99.99

Dual core CPU at 600Mhz
256MB RAM
Gigabit Ethernet
9 watts max running, 3 watts idle

If that had a video output it should run Puppy linux just fine or XP slowly.

I bought one, couldn't help it, sounds like Black Friday already.
Bought it about 9:00 PM. You can hardly find just the hard drive
for that price now that there's a shortage. Built before the hard
drives weht up I bet.

It came today, hooked it up, ran the CD and the install aborted. Said
Iomega can't install with your settings, please set your resolution to a
minimum of 800x600 and at least 256 color. I'm at 1280x800 with
plenty of color. Failed three times, same thing.

Rebooted to the OEM install 64bit still at 1920x1280 and it installed.
Windows warned about a driver but I installed it anyway. When I got
done it looked like kind of messy:

Rebooted to the main OS and looked under network:

One TB "Cloud" Hard Drive $100 Iomega111123b

And after I clicked on it:

I'll boot back to OEM later and look in the Start Menu, don't see how
to access it from the internet, it didn't mention it. I really don't need
to change my resolution and install it here without that.
