you haven't talked to crazy yet

I can't believe the crazy man that came over here this afternoon after San told him to. I don't know if San knew him or not but he stopped at the station while San was cleaning out there and asked about the place.
I asked him in although I didn't like his looks. Between 40 and 50 he looks like Ozzie Osborne, real long , jet-black hair. Talked like a real nut. I asked him his name and he said "Crazy Bob" (I'm not sure about the Bob). after I gave him your no. ,it seemed like he was even crazier telling me tales about as sensible as some of San's.
After a few minutes, I walked him out the door and I think he was still talking when I closed it.

No, thank goodness Crazy Bob didn't call but I'm glad I'm forewarned.
I guess it's a good sign that San is cleaning up. I guess it's mine today, I haven't heard from him. I don't know if he still has stuff there or not or how big a mess it left when he uninstalled his stuff. Maybe I'll get a learer view later.

I called San and told him if he ever sent a crazy over here again, I was going to kick his ass. He laughed and agreed. I said "do you know his name?" and he said "All I know is he said he was crazy Bob." He told San he wanted to open a thrift shop there.
He also said he was going to bring me your keys in a little while. He cleaned the place up, and had things looking good, even cleaning the windows. I would say he did. I told him that you would appreciate it. I'll check it out in a few days to see if he was telling the truth. I asked where he put his stuff and he said that he had most of it stored at his house.

Yeah, I'm not too thrilled San sent somebody named Crazy anything over to see you.

Certainly sounds like San has moved on. Thump- Hopefully somebody else will turn up with an interest soon.

Wonder where Mom is? I hope Crazy Bob didn't get her.

Another thing he said was "Tell San that when you came to the door, I told you that San said you were looking for a young man."
I told him that if I was, which I'm not, he wouldn't qualify because of his name."
I was trying to be polite or I could have given him a list of other reasons.

^What Mom said above is the only thing I've heard.

I called him yesterday, and told him I stopped at his house Sunday after dropping Pat off (we had been to lunch). He wasn't home.
He said he would probably owe more rent because he had some stuff in there piled up at the door, but he had wesley and a friend helping to haul it out . So maybe he will bring the keys today. He will drop the keys off to me and I'll do whatever you want with them. It will probably be better for me to keep them in case somone wants to look at the place.
Pat said that she got an email from the owner saying that her office space rent was going to triple soon. She and Buddy were discussing her and a nurse practioner renting your building. She rents from a doctor and his secretary told pat, he might have been drunk. So definetly nothing sure until you hear from them. She and the nurse practioner were going to confront him yesterday.
Will keep you informed of anything I hear.

That sounds great even if tentative, I still haven't heard from Bud or Pat since they were down here last. I hope I didn't offend them someway.

San won't have turned the building back until he delievers the keys, and the quickest and easiest way to do that is to give them to you.
I don't need them in my hand, just as long as he's given up possession of the building. I was waiting for that before I'll even talk to anyone else since he's leaving of his own free will and I didn't run him off.

A nurse practitioner as a partner sounds great to me but it does require it be under a doctor. I'll mention it to Helen when she comes home and see what she thinks about it.

Who's the possible doctor? Is he a specialist or a general practitioner?

They don't have a doctor. That may not be the law in TN.

I'm pretty sure it's the same all over Mom. Pat doesn't need to have a doctor to practise I'm pretty sure but a nurse practitioner can only practice under a doctor and not independently. She'd almost certainly know that though so if she wanted to do it she must have had some plan to get a doctor to back her.

Yeah, I suspect the NP knows there needs to be a doc onboard. I think that would be a good spot to put in an office. I hope it works out.

I'm afraid the Pat deal isn't going to work out, at least not now. She confronted her landlord, a physciatrist (sp) and he lowered the amt. of the rent increase.
He had told her he wanted $2100 per month instead of the $700 she was paying. He came down to $1000 but was very upset with Pat for bucking him. He seems to be in a financial bind.
I'd say there is no breech between Buddy and you. He certaiinly isn't mad about anything.

No problem, I really wasn't counting on it.
The man's obviously a fool and can be very upset with me for $1100 a month.
I was mostly just kidding, I didn't think there was any breach and I suppose I'll hear from him again when he's coming down here or wants something which isn't very often.
