Subject: Fall Festival and weather Sat Oct 17, 2009 7:33 am
The Fall festival started last night in Maryville..We have tickets to all three nights but skipped last night due to sprinkles and chilly temps. Tonight is supposed to be colder and rainy too but we may brave it anyway to see Alan Jackson. Dry tomorrow night but cold ( Sawyer Brown and Rodney Atkins). We'll probably go so we'll skip the weekly call Sunday if that's OK.
Supposed to snow tonight in Gatlinburg.. Where the hell did Fall go?!

Central church is also having their festival all day today. With the bad weather, I'm glad I'm not involved. Brr! Wonder what kind of weather Tommy is having? TN's weather sucks right now.

Skipping the call is fine. Helen's going to be awful tired anyway.
It's very pleasant here but the cold has found it's way here but has been dimished quite a bit. High of 74 today I think and 49 tonight or tomorrow night. Haven't had the heat on yet but may need to tonight.

Well, we didn't make it to the Fall Festival last night.Just too damn cold. We did go Friday night and basically froze to death for 6 hours but Alan Jackson put on a good show as did the other performers. Decided not to call anyway since you said Ma would be tired.
32 degrees this morn but a supposed warm front is moving in.
