Donald's IE Problem

As he explained it to me:

"When I click the close thing up at the top, it closes the whole thing and I have to start all over.
It used to have a popup that let me just close the one tab and be right back where I was before
I went there. Now it doesn't, just closes all of them."

I made a page to show him how to change it to the way he said he wanted,

I'm going to email him a link but wanted to save it here 'cause he may lose it.
He never even started to understand that I could do it for him if he'd install Teamviewer and
call me and tell me his number and password for the one session.

I wish I had time to write a How To article about everything people might need
or I might forget myself (especially the latter).

I expect he'll view the whole thing as too intimidating though.

You wouldn't want to try Teamviewer yourself would you? You could run the
new super fast install I have on the solid state drive and see how things
ought to work right there on your monitor using your keyboard and mouse.
