Yo Thump,
Ran into this when booting up this morning. I was able to use my phone to search for the problem. Followed these steps and it fixed it.

Glad you got it fixed, don't think I've ever run into that.

I have no idea what caused that, hope your hard drive
isn't getting dementia.
