Sounds like a good deal if you were in the market for a new puter. Of course, if you are just buying a new puter you don't necessarily need just to get this good upgrade deal, then maybe not so wise?

Mine's got another yr or so before I buy another (knock on wood).Maybe windows 7 with service pack 2 will be out by then.
